Step 1The milk is then stored at the farm in Bulk Milk Chillers at a constant temperature of +4°C before being dispatched to Indira DAIRY fully automated dairy plant.
Step 2The Reefer Container fleet of Indira Dairy is equipped with cooling units to ensure the transportation of milk at a constant optimum temperature.
Step 3At the factory, milk is stored at +4°C before processing begins.
Step 4After storage, milk at Indira Dairy undergoes homogenization to evenly distribute fat, ensuring a creamy taste and no cream separation.
Step 5Indira DAIRY distribution fleet is equipped with cooling units to ensure milk is delivered to retailers at the optimum temperature.
